Yatco, one of the founders, serves as the operations director which oversees operational aspects of the company strategy, purchasing, distribution and supply, quality and assurance control, and evaluates overall company performance.

Perolina serves a co-founder and PR & marketing director of Sa’Tin, and plans and executes marketing strategies for products and services, manages  the calendar of events, reviews consumer trends and current markets, conducts market research studies, and manages the brand’s social media presence.

Gamboa is a Sa’Tin co-founder who also serves as the creative director and is in-charge of the creative philosophy of the company and overseeing its ideas and projects, developing and pitching ideas for advertising and other campaigns, and managing the creative team.

Tayco is the finance director of Sa’Tin and one of its co-founders, in-charge of financial planning and overseeing all financial activities, preparing revenue reports, budgeting, fund allocating, accounting staff training, and financial processes development.

Fernandez is one of the co-founders of Sa’Tin as well as its business development director, who is in-charge of identifying and developing business opportunities, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, expanding the branding of the company with new partnerships, and proposing product developments.
